Tensile strength in the range of 25-35 MPa, elongation of 400-500% and tear resistance are key features of these masterbatches. The thickness of the produced film is usually controlled between 40 and 80 microns to ensure both sufficient strength and cost-effectiveness. Also, these masterbatches should meet the necessary hygiene standards for food contact.<br \/>In the market segment, these masterbatches have been widely accepted by small and large-scale disposable tableware manufacturers due to their competitive price and acceptable performance. The ability to produce films with uniform properties and stable quality enables them to compete with imported products. In addition, compatibility with film production and converting machines available in the domestic market is considered an important advantage of these masterbatches. Tablecloths produced with these masterbatches have good printability, which allows for the addition of various designs and logos.<br \/>A successful marketing strategy for these products is based on providing consistent quality assurance, timely technical support, and competitive pricing. Given the growth in disposable tableware consumption in the country and the increasing attention to affordable hygiene products, the market for these masterbatches has significant growth potential. By utilizing these masterbatches, manufacturers can increase their share in the domestic market and even enter regional markets.<br \/>As a result, disposable tableware masterbatches, with their optimal combination of technical and hygienic performance and competitive price, offer a practical solution for manufacturers to meet the needs of the domestic and international markets.
