Essential additives include thermal stabilizers to prevent degradation during processing, lubricants to improve flowability, and anti-blocking agents to prevent layer adhesion.\nFrom a technical perspective, shrink film compounds should have a low melt flow index (MFI) (around 0.5 to 1.5 g\/10 min) to produce a film with high strength and good elasticity. The tensile strength of these compounds is typically in the range of 20 to 30 MPa, elongation of 300 to 500 percent, and very high tear resistance are some of their key features. The thickness of the film produced from these compounds typically varies between 30 and 80 microns, depending on the application and product size. The degree of shrinkage of these films occurs at a temperature of 120 to 150 degrees Celsius and in a short time (usually less than 10 seconds). In the market segment, shrink film compounds have been widely accepted by manufacturers of food, beverage, electronics, and home appliances due to their ability to adapt to various product shapes and create strong and beautiful packaging. The ability of these films to protect the product from moisture, dust and physical damage makes them an ideal option for packaging sensitive products. Also, the high transparency and glossy appearance of these films give significant visual appeal to the products.\nA successful marketing strategy for these compounds is based on emphasizing uniform shrinkability, high mechanical strength and competitive price. Given the growing demand for safe and attractive packaging in domestic and regional markets, shrink film compounds have significant growth potential. By using these compounds, manufacturers can increase their share in competitive markets and respond to the diverse needs of customers.\nAs a result, shrink film compounds, with their optimal combination of mechanical properties, controlled shrinkability and competitive price, offer an ideal solution for manufacturers to create safe and attractive packaging.
